Register Exhibit Staff

Order your exhibitor badges on-line to save time onsite. Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register your booth personnel for badges. To access your company’s badge allotment, choose your company name from the dropdown menu and enter your password.
All lead, active companies were emailed their password to login. If you need your password resent, please email registration@divcom.com.
Please allow 3 business days after your exhibit payment has been made for your company name to appear in the registration dropdown menu. If your company name does not appear in the dropdown list and your exhibit payment was made MORE THAN 3 days ago, please contact registration@divcom.com.

Badge Pick Up |
Each exhibiting company receives 5 exhibitor exhibit hall badges and 1 exhibitor conference badge per 80 square feet of booth space. Additional badges can be purchased at $30 for exhibitor exhibit hall badges, and $733 (or $868 on-site) for exhibitor conference badges.
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Please bring this confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) to the registration area on-site to print your badge.
Note: “Exhibitor Exhibits Only” badges are not valid for admission to conference sessions. |
Correct / Change / Replace Badge

Changes can be made online through the Exhibitor Registration area. Once you are logged in, click the ‘Edit’ button next to the badge that needs to be changed. |
Lead Retrieval
|
Lead Retrieval is available to order for Integrative Healthcare Symposium. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. Invite Customers or Buyers to Attend

Invite your customers to meet you at your booth with your unique VIP Passes. Your unique pass offers a FREE Exhibit Hall Only pass OR a 15% discount on their purchase of a Standard Conference pass.
To access your VIP Passes, follow the steps above to Register Exhibit Staff and click on the Invite Your Customers tab once you have logged in.

Temporary Work Passes |
Event Management will issue Temporary Work Passes to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in but does not need access to the show floor on show days. This includes:
- Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
- Bonafide company employees who are helping set up the exhibit
- Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company
Temporary Work Passes can be obtained in the Show Office or through security.
All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during show hours MUST have a badge.

No Visitors Under Age 18 |
PLEASE NOTE: Integrative Healthcare Symposium is a trade-only event. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed into the exhibit hall during move-in, show days, or move-out. There will be NO exceptions. |
